Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Art

General Info
• You are only purchasing the digital PNG file.
• I reserve the right to cancel your petition if I don't feel comfortable with what you are asking for.
• Don't ask me to draw in a different style from the ones I offer, or copy another artist style.
• If you wish to commission something that doesn't match anything within my price chart, we can discuss it, come to an agreement, and set a price.
• I’m not very good at drawing backgrounds, but if you give me a good concept I can make it work for a slightly higher price, this is non-negotiable.
• I’m good with fetish related stuff to a certain point.
• My signature/watermark will always in there as long as you let me post the commission or add it to my portfolio. If you want to post it on social media please ask me beforehand so I can add the signature.
• By purchasing any of my services, you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service. Not reading them won't exempt you.Copyright/Usage Policy
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork.You are allowed to:
• Repost the art, giving the proper credit.
• Print the art and make any merchandising as long as it is for personal use, not for sale.
• Use the artwork as an avatar, banner, etc., as long as you're not making profit from it.
You are not allowed to:
• Take credit for the art.
• Make profit with the artwork.
• Modify or trace my art in any form.
• Post any sketches/WIPs I sent you of the illustration without permission.
• Remove any signatures/watermarks.
• Use my artwork for AI.Payment and refunds
• I only accept payment via Paypal invoice.
• I won't start the commission before I receive the full payment. I don't do payment plans.
• Please try to be available to pay when you send the form, especially if there's no waiting list at that moment. I don't mind waiting for a couple of days, but I won't save your slot for a month.
• The price is not negotiable.
• Payment will mainly be accepted in US Dollars. If you want the invoice requested with a different currency, Paypal's conversion rates will be added to the price as well (you can use Paypal's conversor to estimate the price in your currency). These fees are automatically added when the invoice is in euros, so you're paying the same with either option.
• I will be the one who requests payment through a Paypal invoice to avoid accidental transactions.
• An extra fee of 2 USD will be added to the final price to cover Paypal's transaction fees. Fire Emblem Fanart doesn't include this FEE! <3
• You can ask for a refund only if I haven't started working in your commission yet.
• I will refund the whole payment in case I need to cancel your commission for whatever reason.Revisions
• I'll show you the sketch and wait for your approval before advancing. You can ask for changes free of charge at this stage.
• I generally ask for more details as I am drawing. So, stay in contact! Both of us want the best final product!
• If you want changes to the finished art, you'll get an extra charge depending on complexity. One or two small changes are free.Work speed
• I'll try to finish your commission as soon as I can, but please, I ask you to be patient. I may cancel your commission if you are too pushy about updates.
• It may take 1-3 weeks to complete a commission once I get the payment; time can vary depending on complexity and my current workload.
• I usually focus on one commission at a time in the order I receive them.
• I will ALWAYS inform you if I have to delay or cancel your commission.
